Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
Each summer I team up with local company Fearless Adventure to deliver a programme of SUP Yoga sessions at Bolam Lake in Morpeth, Northumberland. A wonderful experience, out in nature, having fun on the board and enjoying yoga! Great for groups of friends or for a team building activity.


What is SUP Yoga?
Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga marries the fun of being on the water with the physical challenge of yoga. We'll use our core to stay steady on the board and work through a class building up to a peak pose and finishing with a relaxation (hopefully!) with blue skies overhead!
SUP Yoga is a practice that is suitable for everyone although having experience of yoga, SUP (or both) will help!
