Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. If 14 days have passed we will no longer offer a refund or exchange. Products must be unworn and undamaged and must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection by Yamas Yoga Wear. Please complete the return/exchange slip enclosed with your original order and enclose with your item for return.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges and if you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The return remains your responsibility until we are in receipt of it. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If the return is approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. Should we not have your requested product in stock, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All exchanges are usually shipped within 3/4 days of receipt. Please note any original shipping charges are non refundable.

Faulty Product?
We make it our priority to deliver flawless, high quality products. If you receive a faulty product we will exchange your order within 10 days. If we no longer stock your item, you will get a full refund. We reserve the right to check the claimed item and determine ourselves whether it is faulty.
