A day simply for yourself - self care, with a difference. Whether you’re joining us to deepen your yoga practice, enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself, or simply spend the day relaxing with like-minded people, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to slow down and feel good about the skin you're in.

No previous yoga experience is needed—just come as you are. Throughout the day you’ll be guided in a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can unwind, learn something new and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and restored.

Your ticket includes:

* An energising yoga flow and deeply relaxing yin yoga practice.

* A delicious lunch from the Artisan Tea Room.

* A relaxing hour to learn about your skin and how to do a facial ritual on yourself.

* You'll mix your own mask and learn how to perform a self facial massage (including how to use a gua sha tool) with award winning Lady H Apothecary skincare led by skin therpist and aromatherapist Lyndsey Lees.

* Includes a skin kit (to complete another facial) to take home.

* Herbal tea and cake (also from the Artisan Tea Room).

* A yoga nidra / meditation / snooze to finish off our time together.

* A day of self-care, connection and seasonal inspiration.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate, so early booking is recommended. Treat yourself to a day of rest, self-care and relaxation in what can be a difficult month for many - we’d love to welcome you.

We're hosting this event in our beautiful and quiet village hall on Simonside Terrace.

£55 includes all the yoga, lunch and your own skin kit (enough for an additional facial) to take home.
