Yin Yoga and Gong Bath

Join me for this special and unique session of its kind here in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. 

We will begin with a gentle, slow paced, floor-based, stretchy (yin) yoga session to deeply relax our bodies. The session is low impact and suitable for beginners. 

We'll then make a comfy nest (bring blankets and cushions!) and settle down to experience an uplifting and stress reducing Sound Bath, an ancient type of sound therapy where we'll be bathed in sound waves (including gong, crystal singing bowls and chimes).   

This is a seasonal event in our beautiful village hall on Simonside Terrace in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea.
