Yin Yoga and Gong Bath

Join me for our monthly unwind...

We will begin with a gentle, slow paced, floor-based, stretchy (yin) yoga session to deeply relax our bodies. The session is low impact and suitable for beginners. 

We'll then make a comfy nest (bring blankets and cushions!) and settle down to experience an uplifting and stress reducing Sound Bath, an ancient type of sound therapy where we'll be bathed in sound waves (including a mix of gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments).   

All at a new venue of Cresswell Village Hall, which has it's own small car pack and is located right on the coast.

Tickets are £20 per session and once booked are non-refundable.
