Beach Yoga, Sauna, Optional Sea Dip

After the success of the one off event I hosted last year, this year I'm making this a regular monthly event!

We'll meet at Sauna Hetta (turn right at Barn on the Bay and head down to the car park area) in the dunes of the stunning Druridge Bay. We'll start with yoga on the beach at 9.30am and then head to our private sauna session for 10.30am where we can feel the heat of the barrel sauna with a view of the dunes and sea... The session is for an hour so we can be in and out as much as we like in that hour...

After that you can head into the sea for an optional dip or swim.

£30 incl. yoga on the beach and sauna session - you'll be one of 6 participants (5+me) so a very small group!

When you arrive you’ll get to The Barn on The Bay venue, go through the gate over the road from the farm and follow the signs for parking.

Please be ready for yoga and bring a mat with you. Also bring for the sauna a towel for sitting on, a towel for dressing, a bottle for water (non metallic), swimwear, and flip flops are ideal for going in and out of the sauna. If you have a changing robe or similar that’s also good to bring. We’re open to the elements here so a bag to keep everything dry, like an Ikea bag, is useful, and these can be left in the Sauna Guide tent near the sauna. Afterwards you're welcome to head to the sea for an optional swim or sea dip.

Please bring plenty of drinking water, we are completely off grid in the dunes and don't have a fresh water supply.
