About The Event
A workshop session specifically designed with the menopause in mind. As well as yoga (that's suitable for total beginners) there'll be like-minded chats and shared experiences, mindfulness and breathing techniques. This session is primarily around strength and empowerment. It will lift low mood, aid digestion, tone and strengthen and is suitable for women in any stage of the menopause.
Whether you're experiencing symptoms, want some 'me time' or are just curious to know more then come along.
This will be a space where we lift each other, support, learn from and share with each other.
