About The Event

Yoga Retreat Weekend - The Peaks. 

Escape with me to a stunning rural setting in the Peak District for a weekend of yoga and relaxation. Arriving on Friday in the early evening and leaving on Sunday late afternoon, there'll be plenty of yoga (yin / nidra in the evenings and more active sessions in the mornings). 

Accommodation is in a gorgeous barn conversion that's light and airy whilst at the same time being warm and cosy...perfect for whatever weather late March might throw at us! 

Rooms (all ensuite):

2 x Triples

3 x Twins ( 1 bedroom = 2 x singles, 2 bedrooms = 1 x single, 1 x double)

Max 12 spots (can be increased to 16 if there is demand by using an adjacent coach house with 2 x twin ensuite rooms)

Veggie meals included - Friday; dinner / Saturday; breakfast, lunch, dinner / Sunday; breakfast, lunch. 

Teas and coffees available. Alcoholic drinks are allowed but please bring your own with you. 

Total = £395 per person

£175 deposit on booking secures your spot (non-refundable)

Balance of £220 due 31st October 2022

N.B. Places are only guaranteed on receipt of deposit payment. Your deposit is non-refundable and if you cancel within 30 days of the retreat you'll lose your full payment.

Example Yoga Retreat Weekend Retreat Itinerary


Arrival from 4pm Pre-dinner  - Short intro and welcome

6.30pm dinner

8.30pm - optional relaxation / nidra session (till 9pm)


8am Yoga session (fruit / teas / coffees available beforehand for the early birds). This will be an active session - hatha yoga with some elements of flowing poses together. 

9.30am Breakfast

Mid-morning - own time (reading, walking etc)

1pm Lunch

Afternoon - own time (reading, walking etc)

Afternoon Tea / Coffee and Cake

4.30pm - Yin Yoga and Nidra / Relaxation

6.30pm - Dinner

Around 8pm - Sound Bath


9am Yoga session (fruit/ teas/ coffees available beforehand)

10.30am Breakfast

Mid-morning - own time (reading, walking etc)

Cake Available 

2pm Lunch

3.30pm Reflections, Thanks and Closing

4pm Depart


Optional Sunday Night extension:

4.30 Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
6.30pm Dinner

Monday morning light breakfast and depart by 10am.
