Yin Yoga and Gong Bath

I hope you'll join us for this yin yoga and gong bath experience here in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. 

We will begin with a gentle, slow paced, floor-based, stretchy (yin) yoga session to deeply relax our bodies. The session is low impact and suitable for beginners. 

We'll then make a comfy nest (bring blankets and cushions) and settle down to experience an uplifting and stress reducing Gong Bath, an ancient type of sound therapy where we'll be bathed in sound waves (played by Gong Master, Michael Fothergill).   

This is a collaboration between Michael and I and we're hosting this event in our beautiful village hall on Simonside Terrace in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea.
