About The Event
February Yoga Retreat Morning
We begin with a hatha yoga session suitable for everyone (including beginners).
Then we have a slow and calming yin yoga practice to stretch and ease muscular tension, followed by a deeply relaxing yoga nidra, a type of meditation.
All of this is finished off with a nutritious hug in the form of homecooked vegetarian food courtesy of the Artizan Tea Room.
I’m hosting this event in our beautiful and quiet village hall on Simonside Terrace.
