Make some time...

Yay! Spring is here! Lighter days often (not always!) make us feel like we've more energy and make us want to get out and about more. I certainly have been - I've been out walking, jogging and swimming (wet suited and booted of course and just FYI - the sea is still freezing!).
I truly believe that getting outside is good for the soul so I'd encourage you to get out and enjoy a bit of this sunshine (while it lasts!) if you can.
And...that might mean you re-jigging your schedule...but that's OK! There's 4 different local community yoga sessions every week for you to choose from (see below). If you join me for a live class via zoom you can also choose from 3 different days and times each week. Failing that, there's always our value for money yoga video subscription so you can do a pre-recorded class with me anytime and choose from a huge library! So there's really no excuses! You can make some time for all of the outdoorsy stuff you like AND do yoga...!
I run 4 (mat based) community yoga classes a week in the local area so there's bound to be a day and time that works for you. All classes are beginner friendly (as well as friendly in general!)
If you'd like to join a community class and you haven't already, please fill in this Health Questionnaire before attending. You'll need your own mat and please bring some water with you.
Pricing is just £5 for your first class then £9 per class drop in or £30 for a 4 class pack to be used within 6 weeks. Pay and Book Online or simply come along to a class...I'll have a card machine with me so we can sort it out on the day.
Tuesdays 9.30am Ellington Village Hall
Tuesdays 6.30pm ATAC Hall, Widdrington Station
Wednesdays 10.30am Simonside Hall, Newbiggin-by-the-Sea
Wednesdays 7.15pm Ellington Village Hall
Also, I'm a bit gutted this weekend...read why below...
Well, I had to cancel a Yoga Retreat Morning on Sunday as I didn't get enough bookings. I wasn't going to post about this but I'm a fan of keeping it real and not every event or class is a success (despite what you might read on social media!)
I wasn't happy about letting people down but I have to stick to a minimum number as this, after all, is my business and I'm teaching yoga, not only for the love of it, but also to pay my bills.
So firstly, a sorry to those that had booked (I've already reached out to you with alternative options or refund info).
Secondly, here I am telling you about the last one of these events before the Autumn...it's on Sunday 11th May at Simonside Hall, Newbiggin-by-the-Sea and I'd love for you to join me from 10am till 12.30 for a rejuvenating and relaxing morning of yoga and meditation with a light lunch afterwards provided by local business Artisan Tea Room. These really are 'feel good' events in a beautiful community space so if you fancy coming along and feeling good (for only £25!), click to book your spot...
