Yoga Retreat Weekend - The Peaks. 

This year's event was such a success I've decided to host this retreat to the Peaks again in spring 2024 (avoiding Easter, which arrives earlier next year, and bank holidays). 

Escape with me to a stunning rural setting in the Peak District for a weekend of yoga and relaxation. Arriving on Friday in the early evening and leaving on Sunday late afternoon, there'll be plenty of yoga (yin / nidra in the evenings and more active sessions in the mornings). 

There's an additional option in 2024 to spend Sunday night at the venue, relaxing, so that you can eke out some extra time away, leaving after a light breakfast on Sunday. 

Accommodation is in a gorgeous barn conversion that's light and airy whilst at the same time being warm and cosy...perfect for whatever weather late March might throw at us! 

Rooms (all ensuite):

2 x Triples

3 x Twins ( 1 bedroom = 2 x singles, 2 bedrooms = 1 x single, 1 x double)

Max 12 spots (can be increased to 16 if there is demand by using an adjacent coach house with 2 x twin ensuite rooms)

Veggie meals included - Friday; dinner / Saturday; breakfast, lunch, dinner / Sunday; breakfast, lunch. 

(Additional Sunday option includes dinner on Sunday and a light  breakfast (of leftovers!) on Monday morning. 

Teas and coffees available. Alcoholic drinks are allowed but please bring your own with you. 

Total = £425 per person (+£100 for the additional Sunday night option)
