Relaxation and renewal through experiencing different types of yoga sessions - hatha, yin and nidra, as well as pranayama (breathing techniques) in a countryside setting. £55 includes a plentiful, nutritious, fresh and seasonal lunch as well as an optional £5 donation to the Alzheimer's Society.
