About The Event
A workshop session specifically designed with the menopause in mind. Perfect for anyone experiencing menopause anxiety, overwhelm and fatigue. As well as yoga (that's suitable for total beginners) there'll be like-minded chats and shared experiences, mindfulness and breathing techniques.
Whether you're experiencing symptoms, want some 'me time' or are just curious to know more then come along.
This will be a space where we lift each other, support, learn from and share with each other.
