Dynamic (Challenging) Yoga Session
A more dynamic / challenging yoga session that our regular weekly classes - not suitable for beginners. We might look at backbends, balances, all sorts. And there’s likely to be some sun salutations too. After all of the hard work, we’ll have a lovely relaxation to ensure we’re ready to face the rest of the weekend!
